I lost my password, how can I recover it ? You can reset your password by entering your email address. You will receive an email to recreate it. If you still can't find it, call us at 05 34 66 20 05 and we will help you!
How does the shopping cart work? Your shopping cart keeps your shopping history for a period of 30 minutes. After that, it is emptied to update our stock database.
I made a mistake in my order, how can I cancel it? If your order is not yet shipped, contact Sandrine at 05 34 66 20 05 or by email (email@example.com) in order to cancel it before placing a new order on the references of your choice.
The article I found is out of stock, what should I do ? Contact us by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) and we will give you the estimated date of return of the product in our stock!
How do I know if my order has been processed? Once your order has been paid, we will send you a first purchase summary message on your email address. Then you will receive the status of your order step by step: a first email informs you that your order is prepared, another one informs you when your order is shipped. Remember to check your spam folder if you do not receive any news from us!
I have placed 2 orders with the same delivery address. Is it possible to group them together to avoid paying shipping costs twice? If your order is not yet shipped, please contact Sandrine as soon as possible by phone (05 34 66 20 05) or email (email@example.com). We will be happy to collect your two orders and reimburse you for the shipping costs you saved.
Is it possible to personalize an article ? To have a first name embroidered ? To put another melody in my favorite guitar? Unfortunately we have more than 200 dealers today, so our logistics and workshops are not adapted to customization. If you are a professional, we can make specific projects from 100 pieces. Is it possible to get a coupon code when I subscribe to the newsletter? Although many large companies offer this possibility, we can not implement this type of discount. Indeed, we militate for a Made in France product proposed at the fairest price, and our margins are thus very adjusted in order to answer a schedule of conditions which is a guarantor of the quality of our products and of our competitiveness. Thus, we propose reductions and promotions only in period of sales or in a punctual way. You can follow all our news on Facebook, Instagram and via the newsletter!
When does my order leave? Your order is prepared and shipped the same day you order, provided that it is placed before 12:00 (excluding weekends, holidays and events beyond our control). If that's not a good reason to become an early bird!
I still haven't received my order? Our orders are shipped from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends, public holidays and summer vacations or events such as strikes beyond our control. Once shipped, please allow 48 to 72 hours for metropolitan France, and up to 10 days for foreign countries. If you have no news after this period, please contact our customer service by email (email@example.com) or by phone at 05 34 66 20 05.
Can I have my order delivered abroad ? Depending on the country, count 4 to 10 working days for the European Union. Outside the European zone, delivery times vary from case to case.
I made a mistake in the delivery address, what should I do ? If your order is returned to us because of an erroneous address or if you have not picked up your package at the Post Office within 15 days, you will be responsible for the costs of resending the package. Do not hesitate to contact our customer service for more information: we can indeed proceed to the reshipment of your order or refund it.
I chose the office pickup, when can I come ? It is possible to come and pick up your order in our office at 10 rue Labeda, 31000 Toulouse. (Monday to Friday from 9am to 1pm and from 2pm to 5pm or even 6pm). Call us at 05 34 66 20 05 to check that we are there before coming !
What are the delivery costs ? Delivery is free for orders over 70 €TTC in France. If your order is less than 70 €TTC, the shipping costs are a fixed amount of :
- FRANCE : < 0,250 kg = 5,90 €TTC / 0,250 to 0,5 kg = 6,70 €TTC / > 0,5 kg = 7,70 €TTC
- EUROPEAN UNION : < 0,5 kg = 10,00 €TTC / > 0,5 kg = 13,00 €TTC
- WORLD : < 0,5 kg = 25,00 €TTC / > 0,5 kg = 45,00 €TTC However, administrative and/or customs charges may be applied by the carrier. We will contact you if necessary.
What are the accepted payment methods ? You can pay by credit card (Blue, Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard, American Express), by Paypal, or by check payable to "Barnabé aime le café" (preparation of the order upon receipt of your check)
Is online payment secure? So that you can place your orders with confidence on our site, we have chosen the CIC bank and its secure payment interface as our partner. We guarantee that our site www.barnabeaimelecafe.com does not collect your banking data at any time, these are encrypted by a security system (SSL).
How do I use my coupon code? In order to benefit from your discount, you just have to click on the sentence "you have a promotional code" in the step Your cart / the summary of the shopping cart (boxed cart) then enter the code and validate.
My payment has been refused, what should I do? Please contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try to find a solution together.
Can I benefit from a tax refund? We are sorry, unfortunately, our site does not allow you to benefit from tax exemption.
You are not satisfied with the product received? You have 14 working days from the date of receipt of your order to return the new product(s), intact, complete and in their original packaging to the following address Barnabé aime le café, 10 rue Labeda, 31000 Toulouse. Contact us beforehand at email@example.com to inform us of your return, which allows us to optimize the availability of our stocks.
How long does it take to get my money back? Once your package is received and checked by us, we will proceed to the refund of your purchase (using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction), within 30 days from receipt. But honestly, we often do it within a few days!
Do I have to pay for the return shipping? Yes, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Can I return a product from the sale? No. Products sold in the clearance sale category, or those that have been customized, such as fabric cuts by the meter, are neither returned nor exchanged.
Is it possible to make an exchange? We do not do exchanges but only refunds. If you want another model, just follow the refund procedure above and place a new order.
My product has a defect, what should I do? Although our quality control checks each piece, it has escaped its vigilance. We invite you to contact our Customer Service: firstname.lastname@example.org, with your pictures and a message describing your problem. Our team will then be able to offer you the appropriate solution.
The music box does not work anymore, what can I do? If your music box is blocked (the string remains uncoiled), we suggest that you try this trick, a little violent in appearance but often effective! Put the guitar / doll / pineapple on a flat surface, then tap hard enough with the flat of your hand on the mechanism (it's a plastic box of about 4*6 cm but it's sealed, so you can't open it), it should unlock and play its melody again. You can try this technique several times, sometimes it takes several attempts to unlock it. If it still doesn't work, please contact the customer service email@example.com
Music box care tip: Not all products with a music box inside can be washed in the washing machine. However, if the fabric is stained, surface cleaning is possible. Using a soft sponge, rub lightly so that the Marseille soap soaks in, leave for a few hours and rinse (without rubbing the fabric); soak up the excess water with a towel and let it dry in the open air.
Advice for the maintenance of the changing mat : Our changing mat can be washed in the washing machine at 30°C. Do not put in the tumble dryer and do not iron (it would flatten the fleece).
Advice for the care of Liberty baby linen: Our bibs, blankets, bathing capes can be machine washed at 30 or 40°C depending on the article.
Advice for the care and use of pacifier clips: For the safety of your child: do not attach the pacifier clip around your baby's neck but only to clothes. Before each use, carefully examine the pacifier clip and discard it at the slightest sign of damage or fragility. Always use the pacifier clip under adult supervision. The pacifier attachment should not be considered a toy or teething ring. Small parts can be swallowed; choking hazard. Hand wash only, thank you!
Some information about our leather goods: Leather is a natural, living material that requires a lot of delicacy. It can deteriorate prematurely if no care is taken. With time, it evolves and acquires a patina: this natural wear is manifested by variations in color and texture that give the leather its cachet and enhance its authenticity. Here are some maintenance tips! Our leathers come from France and Italy and we make it a point of honor to select the most beautiful skins for the manufacture of our articles.
The leather has small defects, is it normal? We work mainly with full grain cowhide. The grain is a noble part of the leather, having kept its original surface and revealing the natural marks inscribed in the skin. These marks, as well as the possible different shades of color of the skin, are typical characteristics of full grain leather, which make each piece unique. Small imperfections in the leather (scars, growth marks, variations in color or grain) are normal and do not affect the quality of the leather. On the contrary, they are a guarantee of its authenticity.
Leather care tip: Stain problems on leather must be treated very quickly to prevent the leather coating from being eaten away. Don't delay! If you react quickly, you can limit the damage. Beware of false good ideas! If you are in doubt, call our Customer Service or ask a leather professional. Also, be careful with the cleaning products you use: some products are not suitable for all types of leather and can change its appearance, texture, alter its color, or even stain it further. We recommend that you avoid prolonged contact with water, sunlight, moonlight, strong artificial light, heat and grease, as this can cause irreversible damage. Exposure of the leather to sunlight, liquid or greasy substances, as well as variations in temperature and humidity levels, can cause it to change significantly and prematurely. To avoid discoloration or staining, please be careful and vigilant during inclement weather.
Maintenance advice Leather crust / glitter leather :
Stain of grease in the leather: Use the Earth of Sommières, it is going to be particularly effective against of oil, fuel oil, gasoline, make-up... The ideal is to act as soon as possible after you notice the stain. Absorb the maximum with a handkerchief or towel without rubbing, just by sponging slightly. Sprinkle Terre de Sommières all around the stain. The product acts in time, it is necessary to let it work a few hours to a whole night. Remove the powder with a brush and repeat the operation as much as necessary.
The leather crust is a material that tends to get dirty faster than the "full grain" part. You can clean the dirt with a suede gum. If the leather crust is very dirty, you can wash your item under cold running water with Marseille soap. Rinse with plenty of water, soak up the excess water in a cloth or towel and, above all, let the product dry away from any source of heat or wind so that the leather does not stiffen. Be aware that this will not remove the glitter from the leather, but it will not make the item look completely new either. In all cases we recommend waterproofing items regularly to extend their life. For fancy leathers (except smooth leather and nubucks), do not apply any cream, as this could damage the fancy finish.
Are Barnabé aime le café products made in France? All our products are Made in France, except for the diapers which are dyed, sewn and embroidered in Portugal and the baby hairbrushes whose wood and assembly is made in the German forest / Schwarzwald.
Are the textiles and leather used safe? All our fabrics are EOKO-TEX certified, the first label to guarantee textiles free of toxic products for the body and the environment. This applies to our dyed diapers as well as our terry cloth, our Liberty fabric, etc. Our leathers have the REACH label, a guarantee of good practices in terms of manufacturing process by respecting the European standards on chemical substances used.
